Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah struktur pasar tenaga kerja secara fundamental dan menempatkan human capital digital sebagai faktor kunci dalam dinamika pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran human capital digital sebagai penggerak transformasi pasar tenaga kerja melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dari artikel ilmiah dan publikasi institusional yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar dan website kredibel dalam rentang tahun 1964–2025. Dari 50 artikel awal yang teridentifikasi, dilakukan seleksi ketat berdasarkan relevansi dan kualitas metodologis sehingga diperoleh 33 artikel yang dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan digital, literasi teknologi, dan kemampuan adaptif tenaga kerja berkontribusi signifikan terhadap produktivitas, mobilitas kerja, dan daya saing ekonomi. Temuan ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa negara dan sektor yang secara sistematis berinvestasi pada pengembangan human capital digital lebih mampu mengelola disrupsi teknologi dan meminimalkan risiko pengangguran struktural. Namun demikian, kesenjangan akses terhadap pendidikan dan pelatihan digital masih menjadi tantangan utama yang berpotensi memperlebar ketimpangan pasar tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan human capital digital perlu didukung oleh kebijakan upskilling dan reskilling yang inklusif serta sinergi antara pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, dan sektor industri guna mewujudkan transformasi pasar tenaga kerja yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan.
