Postpartum working mothers are vulnerable to stress due to dual demands of work and childcare, requiring practical and accessible mental health interventions. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the ArdiyaMindly application in reducing stress and improving psychological well-being among postpartum working mothers in Medan City, as well as to explore user experiences. The study employed a mixed-methods explanatory sequential design with 30 participants who completed a 4-week intervention. Results demonstrated a significant reduction in stress (Mpre = 57.10; Mpost = 40.27; t(29) = 90.400; p < 0.001) and a significant improvement in psychological well-being (Mpre = 44.40; Mpost = 60.43; t(29) = -47.538; p < 0.001). Qualitative analysis revealed four themes: practicality and accessibility, emotion regulation, enhanced self-awareness, and user acceptance and intention for continued use. The ArdiyaMindly application is effective in reducing stress and improving psychological well-being among postpartum working mothers, and has the potential to become a practical, flexible, and culturally appropriate digital mental health intervention for working mothers in Indonesia.
