Inventory management at Uci Grosir Pulau Rakyat relies on manual procedures, making it difficult for the owner to identify low stock levels and determine replenishment requirements. Purchasing based on estimates also creates risks of stockouts and excess inventory. This study aims to design a web-based restocking recommendation system using the Just In Time (JIT) approach to support inventory control. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the owner, documentation, and a literature review. System development comprised requirements analysis, design, application development, testing, and implementation. The system was built using PHP and MySQL, with access rights for administrators, suppliers, and the owner. Restocking calculations use outgoing goods data to determine average daily demand. This value is combined with lead time, the JIT period, and delivery frequency to calculate minimum stock and order quantities per delivery. Restocking recommendations are displayed when inventory reaches or falls below the minimum stock level. Black Box Testing assessed login, data management, JIT parameters, transactions, ordering, and reporting functions. All 69 test scenarios produced the expected outcomes. The resulting system provides inventory information and restocking recommendations to support the owner's purchasing decisions. Further research should measure changes in stockout frequency and inventory holding costs following operational use
